If possible, please send us image of the product in question so that our customer service team can deal with the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If we are unable to solve the issue you can return the unopened and chilled produced to us in its original packaging. Products can only be returned before the use by date. You cannot return items without contacting our customer service team first. Since we supply our customers with fresh meat products, returned items would have limited resale value. Therefore, all refunds are made at our discretion and will not be made for any opened or tampered with products.
